Returns
YOU MUST EMAIL INFO@DAISYNME.COM PRIOR TO MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If you do not do this your return will not be accepted. Keep in mind shipping charges will not be refunded*
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
You have 14 days from when you received your item to initiate an exchange. In order to ensure you are able to exchange for the proper size before we sell out, we recommend you purchase the new item in the correct size and ship the unwanted one back. Placing a new order for the desired item makes sure we do not sell out of the item before we receive your return. See Return Policy.

ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you are exchanging an item we will send you a return label after the correct item has been ordered.
